The Raceland BMW 135i Down Pipes are one of the easiest ways to unlock restricted horsepower from your turbo engine. It has been designed to allow maximum flow exiting the exhaust side of the turbo.
The Raceland Volkswagen BMW 135i Down Pipes have a enlarged pipe diameter in order to allow gasses leaving the turbo to flow at a more rapid rate than the restrictive OEM down pipe. This improved exhaust flow will result in more horsepower and torque by allowing the turbo to spool quicker and stronger. This also allows the turbo to work more efficiently with full boost being achieved lower in the RPM curve than before.
Made from high quality stainless steel to resist corrosion and mandrel bent to ensure a smooth flowing surface, the Raceland BMW 135i Down Pipes will bolt directly to the OEM turbo using existing hardware for a factory-like fit. The down pipe incorporates bungs for existing OEM sensors to retain proper engine management.

Mandrel Bent: The piping of each exhaust system is machine mandrel bent in order to ensure proper flow of exhaust gases without obstruction. This maintains proper inner pipe diameter throughout the entire exhaust system.
Stainless Steel: Made from high quality stainless steel to withstand the elements and to retain its factory finish. Stainless steel offers a surface that is easy to clean and offers extra strength over other lesser-metal exhaust systems.
Sensor Bungs: Each down pipe incorporates factory sensor locations that allow for exhaust diagnostics to be maintained with the ECU. These bungs are located in OEM placement so that modification to factory sensors is not necessary.
