The Raceland BMW E36 Strut Bar has been designed to be another added level of chassis/suspension stiffening to help improve handling.
With any vehicle, there is always an amount of chassis flex when the vehicle turns or goes through a corner. This chassis flex inhibits the suspension to work at its full potential. The BMW E36 Strut Bar‘s an extra brace between the front shock towers to reduce this chassis flex. This results in more responsive and predictable steering as well as a more balanced handling vehicle.
The BMW E36 Strut Bar is made of high quality stainless steel and is adjustable in length to your specific application. The addition of a strut bar will increase the performance of aftermarket suspension on lowered vehicles.

Length Adjustability: Threaded end sections allow for the length of the strut bar to be adjusted according to desired resistance on the shock towers. Each threaded section features a locking bolt to ensure that once the desired length is achieved that it remains secure in the adjusted position.
Hardened Aluminum: Each strut bar features hardened aluminum in order to maintain rigidity while still remaining light weight. The hardened aluminum will withstand the pressures applied by strut towers to reduce suspension flex.
Tailored Fitment: Designed to mount to OEM mounting locations, the strut bar design insures proper fitment to the strut towers. Each strut bar has been shaped to clear any obstructions in the engine bay while not coming in contact with the hood.
